Refund & Cancellation Policy (Use on Storefront)

At TacticalGearsToday, all orders are processed immediately after payment to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

1. The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (with photo evidence).

2. The wrong item was shipped.
